Clinical Care Manager- relocate to Queensland

We are currently seeking an experienced, decisive, and confident Clinical Care Manager (CCM) to lead the clinical operations of a reputable residential aged care facility located in the picturesque Darling Downs / South East Queensland region.

This role is ideal for a senior clinician who takes pride in elevating care standards, inspiring clinical teams, and driving robust clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide authoritative, confident leadership across the facility's clinical care team (RNs, ENs, and Care Staff).

• Drive and maintain full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and statutory clinical governance frameworks.

• Oversee comprehensive clinical assessments, care planning, and accurate AN-ACC documentation.

• Lead medication management, infection prevention, wound management, and complex clinical escalations.

• Mentor and develop staff capabilities, fostering a positive workplace culture centered on dignity and resident-first care.

• Act as the primary clinical point of contact for residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Clinical Care Manager (CCM) within residential aged care.

• Strong, confident leadership style: Proven ability to manage teams through change, resolve clinical challenges, and maintain accountability.

• In-depth expertise in Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and clinical auditing.

• Willingness and readiness to relocate to the Darling Downs / South East QLD region.

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
